Surrender:

Owner or handler of dog must complete our online surrender form. We will review and evaluate the surrender request on a case by case basis, depending on the circusmstances of the dog, space at our rescue centres and  temperament of the said dog. We will contact the owner/handler upon evaluation of the form. Please do not call, as no admission decision can be made via the telephone. By surrendering the dog, you will give up all rights as the dog owner and will not be able to claim the dog back at any time. Surrender will be asked to fill out a surrender agreement and make a donation at the time of surrender. Please bring all vaccination records and medical history is possible. Dogs can only be accepted by appointment only.
